Goals:

• Develop PACA’s mandate to guide future Boards’ goal setting and planning.
• Define Board roles to support volunteers in annual board transitions.
• Record and share Board meeting minutes to the general membership.
• Commit to representing the diversity of all PA residents and thereby increase membership.
• Establish bylaws and policies to guide processes, communication and action.
• Task a sub-committee to explore erosion & dredging issues and report to the Board with recommendations.
